Captain Nikolas Koukias graduated from the Merchant Marine Academy of Crete (2012) and holds a sailing and fast boat licence. He has extensive experience on deep-sea vessels as well as MS yachts, having sailed across a wide range of waters and developed strong seamanship and professional expertise.
Calm, responsible, and highly professional, Nikolas creates a safe and welcoming environment for both crew and guests. He is always ready to accommodate any request, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable experience throughout the voyage.
Driven by his love for the sea and the Greek coastline, he takes pride in guiding guests to lesser-known bays, scenic spots, and captivating maritime routes that turn every trip into a memorable summer journey.
Sofia Inztirtzoglou (Greek)
Sofia is a highly motivated stewardess with experience in luxury hosting services. Her social skills and professional approach makes her a valuable member of our crew. She is looking forward to welcoming you onboard White Pearl with her wonderful smile, ensuring a relaxing cruise. In her free time, she enjoys painting, swimming & traveling. Speaks Greek, English, Polish & Russian.
Dimitris Balkouras (Greek)
Highly experienced professional chef with over 15 years in fine dining, creative Greek & Mediterranean cuisine, and high-volume hospitality environments. Trained at accredited culinary schools, with a strong background as Head Chef and Sous Chef in restaurants, resorts, and international establishments. Skilled in menu planning, provisioning, food safety, and galley organization, with excellent time management and adaptability to demanding settings. Certified in Food Protection Management(USA), delivering high-quality, hygienic, and well-presented cuisine tailored to guests’ preferences.
